Delivery is delayed (temperature-sensitive/ cold-chain)

If your temperature-sensitive medication arrives more than 4 days after the estimated delivery date, or if ice packs are missing, or you notice an unusual smell, color, or form, do not administer or consume the medication. Please contact support immediately and include photos of the package and medication for evaluation.
